Our Process
What is the process?
It is easy and convenient.

- Fill out the information on the Contact Us page, e-mail, or phone us at 978-448-3319 and we will call you for a confidential interview within 24 hours.
- If you already have a resume, either send it as an e-mail attachment or fax it to us at 978-448-8948. Upon receipt of your resume, we will contact you by phone giving you a brief critique at no cost to you.
- We offer a no-cost, no-obligation phone consultation with you to assess your needs, answer your questions, and make recommendations. You may call for your free consultation any week day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Once we agree to work together, we require a 50% retainer by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. The remaining 50% is due when we release the final document to you. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
- The entire process is completed within five working days. During that time, we will work with you and you will have our full attention.

Before we begin writing your resume, we use a combination of techniques to gather more information about your career goals, your professional experience, accomplishments, and strengths. We design a detailed questionnaire/worksheet specifically for you to gather the information we need to highlight your qualifications and prove your value.
After receipt of the questionnaire, via email or fax, we will follow-up with a telephone session to clarify issues and probe your memory for any unique accomplishments that will differentiate you and position you above the competition. The questionnaire requires some thought and does take time, but it does give you two important benefits:
- It definitely sharpens your interview skills.
- Our work is high quality, and quality takes time.
Although we encourage the use of the questionnaire because of the benefits it offers you, we do offer the option of a telephone consultation designed to gather the same information.
After we have written your resume, a resume draft will be forwarded to you by e-mail for your review and approval. When we receive feedback from you, we will make changes or revisions, if requested, and produce a final version.
Your resume package includes 10 copies of your resume on high-quality white linen paper, 10 copies of letterhead stationery in matching paper and a disc with your resume in Microsoft Word.

Each client is our most important client. We will work hard to provide you with a resume that is better than the competition, is noticed and read, and stimulates the interviews you need to get the job that you want.
